HarmonyOS

HarmonyOS 3.0, the future update of Huawei's Android alternative, is starting to make a name for itself. According to information from a reputable media outlet, the operating system is intended to perform better than Xiaomi's MIUI 12 interface. It is rumored that Huawei will soon introduce this new version  of HarmonyOS.

In order to circumvent the US sanctions against it, Huawei accelerated the development of HarmonyOS , its home operating system alternative to Android. After several months of beta testing, the Chinese group finally launched HarmonyOS in final version last summer on smartphones in circulation in China. This first version accessible to the general public is called HarmonyOS 2.0.

HUAWEI COULD UNVEIL HARMONYOS 3.0 UPDATE AT THE END OF OCTOBER 2021

With this new version, Huawei would focus in particular on the performance of its OS. According to the information obtained by our colleagues from Huawei Central, HarmonyOS 3.0 would be much faster and more fluid than the Android overlays developed by other manufacturers, including OriginOS 2.0 from Vivo and MIUI 13 from Xiaomi . For the record, the two interfaces are based on Android 12, the twelfth major update of the Google OS.

According to the latest news, Huawei is expected to lift the veil on HarmonyOS 3.0 at the Huawei Developer Conference, a series of annual conferences dedicated to developers. This year, the event will start on October 22, 2021 and end on October 24, 2021 . If the information from Huawei Central is confirmed, the operating system is likely to be announced at the opening conference on October 22. We'll tell you more about HarmonyOS as soon as possible.
