Xiaomi

During the summer of 2021 Xiaomi became the first smartphone manufacturer in Europe , thus surpassing rival giants such as Apple and Samsung. The data recorded in the third quarter of 2021, however, are equally positive, so much so that now Xiaomi is the first 5G smartphone manufacturer in Europe , with an impressive market share.According to a recent analysis conducted by the expert researchers of Strategy Analytics, the Chinese giant in the third quarter of the current year managed to reach a market share of 41.8% , thus surpassing Apple (with 26%) and Samsung ( with 11.5%, against 34.3% recorded in the same period of 2020).

Realme follows in the Top 5 with 7.2% and OnePlus with 2.5%.Senior analyst Yiwen Wu said the following: “Xiaomi is expected to maintain its leadership in the Central and Eastern Europe region for the whole of 2021, and will remain the leader in shipping 5G smartphones in 2022.

Xiaomi is leveraging the 'absence of Huawei, as well as its own portfolio of high-quality affordable 5G smartphones, such as Redmi Note 9T 5G and Mi 11 5G ” .It is therefore only partially "luck" due to the passage from Huawei to Xiaomi by consumers of the Old Continent, because otherwise the fundamental factor is the quality-price ratio of Xiaomi smartphones compatible with the fifth generation mobile network.

The winning strategy, according to analysts, should allow the brand to further consolidate its position over the next few months, even until the end of 2022. It will certainly be interesting to see if this forecast is confirmed next year.Meanwhile, there is also talk of Xiaomi smartphones that will get Android 12 , a new version of the operating system of the green robot.
