Most companies have started to increase the number of models in each of their series. Realme is no exception and this year in the 8 series we will probably see many models. Following the release of the 8 and 8 Pro last month, the Realme 8 5G is set to launch.
The revelation came from the company itself that posted a short video on its Facebook page. The video reveals the design of the phone and some specs. The "Dare To Leap" is missing from the back, the module is rectangular with 2 × 2 layout and dual LED flash.
The 4G model has a 64MP quad camera, but the Realme 8 5G will have a 48MP triple camera. In the video we do not see the front, but logically it will have a classic design with a punch hole.
The smartphone was also found at Geekbench and the FCC. Entries showed Dimensity 700, 8GB RAM, 5,000mAh battery, side fingerprint sensor, and Android 11.
In general, the Realme 8 5G looks like an NFC version of the V13 5G that the company launched last month in China. If this is the case then it will have a 6.5 inch FHD + screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 8MP selfie camera, and will support 18W fast charge.
