It's official, the Realme 8 will be unveiled by its manufacturer on March 24, 2021. In its invitation to the event, the firm has included the 108 MP sensor of its model, proof that it is at the heart of the communication around of the smartphone. The rest of the technical sheet remains to be discovered, however, despite some assumptions.
Realme is wasting no time: after unveiling its GT 5G a few days ago , the company is preparing to present the Realme 8 and 8 Pro shortly. According to the invitation received by some of our colleagues, the event will take place on March 24th .
From what we know for the moment of the smartphone, the major argument of the manufacturer is undoubtedly the presence of a 108 MP sensor on the Pro model . The latter is also not mistaken, since he included the sensor in question in the invitation. No trace of SoC or battery in sight, which suggests that the sensor will be Realme's first selling point during the presentation.
OFFICIAL PRESENTATION ON MARCH 24, 2021
For its part, the standard model will be satisfied with a main sensor of 64 MP , which is all the same a very good proposal for a mid-range smartphone. The invitation offers us another - meager - information: the availability of a yellow color for the smartphone. It is not yet known how many colors in total will be offered for sale. Realme simply indicates that it will be possible to choose “something different in the dark”.
No other information is disclosed by Realme in its press kit. We will therefore have to be patient to find out more about the manufacturer's next flagship. For now, we cannot be satisfied with speculation. Some sources claim that the smartphone will feature four rear sensors, a Helio G95 processor, a 6.4 ”AMOLED screen, a 5000 mAh battery and a 30W recharge . Appointment in a few days for confirmation from the firm.
