The Lenovo- owned brand has launched the Motorola Edge S in the Chinese market. Before launch, the company had teased some details of the device.

The M Edge S has a 6.7-inch LCD screen with a FHD + resolution and a dual-hole punched camera cutout. It offers a 90Hz refresh rate display and comes with HDR10. Design-wise, the smartphone flaunts a weathered rear panel that houses a square-shaped camera module. The power button works like a fingerprint scanner.
In the photography department, the Motorola Edge S Smartphone features a four-camera setup comprising a 64MP CMOS main sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 2MP depth shooter, and a ToF lens. On the front, the device has a 16MP + 8MP pair of selfies. The smartphone supports up to 6K of video recording at 30fps.
Internally, the M Edge S is the world's first smartphone to be powered by the Snapdragon 870 5G processor with an integrated X55 5G modem. The SoC is paired with up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage . The smartphone is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery unit with 20 W fast charging support.
