The Motorola Edge S smartphone, which had leaked photos like Nio, has a reported release date, as the manufacturer indicated that the device would enter the mobile market on 26 January, indicating that the company is committed to making a smartphone with enticing settings available to the public as soon as possible.
In addition, when making this announcement, the brand made it clear which Qualcomm platform would be implemented for this new smartphone, the Snapdragon 870, which was unveiled last Tuesday (19), as an alternate chipset with a focus on high-end cell phones, which currently had only the Snapdragon 888.
However, this was not the only details gathered by the model prior to the launch, as the device's score was revealed in the AnTuTu benchmark application, showing superior results to the smartphones released by Motorola in 2020, showing that the processor present in it is marginally stronger, but still far from the 888.
It was also clear that the Moto Edge S smartphone would feature Snapdragon 870, with a cumulative score of 679,860. In the individual lines, the mobile phone was 189,694 in CPU, 290,268 in GPU, 103,322 in memory checks and 96,576 in UX.
Obviously, any improvements in the figures can be made before the finished product is released, as the prototype usually uses and misuses the parameters to demonstrate how far it is possible to go with the concept.
The public must therefore only wait for the launch on 26 January to learn more about results, photographic quality and price.
